Manufacturing Errors

• If your product arrives defective with an error in manufacturing, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue so we can make it right.

Other Returns

• For returns due to reasons other than a manufacturing error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed back to your original payment method.
